Overview
Desktopashway provides custom-prepared inventory registers and on-site reconciliation visits. Because work is scheduled and materials are prepared per client, refund terms differ by service stage.
Deposits
A 40% deposit secures your interview date. Deposits are refundable if you cancel at least 14 calendar days before the scheduled intake session.
Cancellations within 14 days
If you cancel within 14 days of a scheduled interview, we retain 50% of the deposit to cover reserved staff time and prepared materials. The remainder is refunded within 14 business days.
After work has begun
Once the intake interview starts or draft pages are produced, deposits become non-refundable. If you halt a project mid-way, you owe fees proportional to work completed plus any binding or courier costs already incurred.
Full refunds
Full refunds of amounts paid beyond the deposit are issued if we cancel an engagement due to registrar illness or force majeure and cannot reschedule within 30 days.
Partial refunds
If delivered registers contain factual errors attributable to our registrar (misrecorded branch codes we were given correctly), we provide free correction sheets. Monetary partial refunds apply only when we cannot remedy the error.
Non-refundable items
- Completed hardbound registers already delivered
- Courier charges for shipped volumes
- Cross-Location Ledger kits once dispatched
- Travel fees for registrar journeys already undertaken
Reconciliation visits
Annual visit fees are refundable if cancelled 7+ days in advance. Same-day cancellations forfeit the full visit fee.
No-shows
Failure to attend a scheduled interview without notice forfeits the deposit.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is permitted if requested 7+ days before the appointment. Additional reschedules incur ₩30,000 administrative fee.
Refund method
Refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the deposit or balance. Bank transfers are processed within 14 business days of approval.
